Nicaraguan Coffee
Nothing super special, just a nice middle of the road coffee. That's what I often like, not some special roast or too pronounced a bite etc.
Fair Trade Nicaragua Medium Roast is produced by some of the nearly 2,000 members that form the CECOCAFEN cooperative. Cultivated at altitudes between 2,600 and 4,600 feet, washed, and sun-dried. This light-bodied coffee has an herbal fragrance and sweet flavor with a pronounced acidity.
