You can find your downloaded files in a few places after you purchase them from the Koinonia Farm Store.
- Confirmation Email.
Once you order your files, you will receive an email from Koinonia Farm. In this email, you will see your purchased files listed under “Your Order Contains…” After the title of the files is a blue highlighted link that reads “Download Files.” Click that link and it will take you to the files in your account on the Koinonia Farm Store. Scroll down to where the file names are listed. Click the file’s name and follow the instructions from your computer or device to download. - Confirmation Page
Directly after you purchase downloadable files from Koinonia, a confirmation page will appear in your browser. On the right side of this page, there is a “Order Summary.” The downloadable files will be listed in this summary. Click “Go to Downloads” and it will take you to the download page in your account on the Koinonia Farm Store. Scroll down to where the files are listed. Click the file’s name and follow the instructions from your computer or device to download. - Your Account in the Koinonia Farm Store
Login to your account by going to koinoniafarmstore.com and clicking on the “Log In” button in the upper lefthand corner. On the “Orders” page, scroll down until you find the order that contains your downloadable product. Click that order. Scroll down to where the downloadable product is listed and click “Download Items.” On the page that opens with the files listed, scroll down to where the file names are listed. Click the file’s name and follow the instructions from your computer or device to download.
