Do I have to register for an account?

An account is not necessary, although creating an account will enable you to save and view your order history, store multiple shipping addresses, save multiple shopping carts, and quickly enter your billing and shipping information at checkout. You can even reorder the same items from a previous order.

Why can’t I use my account log-in from the old store?

When we transferred to the new online store, we were unable to import your password. It only takes a few seconds to create your new password, you are welcome to use the password you used on the previous site.

What happened to my addresses from the old store?

Unfortunately the old site did not allow for the transfer of all your addresses. Only the billing and primary addresses. You will need to re-enter other ship to addresses that you have. We know you will like the new abilities to ship one order to multiple addresses in the new site, so we think you will find it is worth the effort.

How do I place multiple gift orders?

In the new store you can now put all of your items in one cart. At checkout you will see an option to ship to multiple addresses. From there you can select which items you would like sent to each address.

How long will it take for my order to ship?

Most orders ship out within 2 business days. However, because we want to ensure the freshness and quality of all our products, certain items may take up to a week to ship. If it will take longer than 7 days for any reason, we will contact you with an expected ship date.

How can I find out more about wholesale pricing?

Simply e-mail us or call the office to request a wholesale pricing form. Many groups place bulk orders for the holiday season. We are also happy to discuss fundraising options with your church, school, or organization.

Shipping and Returns

How do I track my shipment?

You will receive an e-mail confirmation with tracking data at the time your order ships. Please notify us as soon as possible if you notice any problems with the delivery.

What do I do if I received the wrong item in my shipment?

E-mail or call our office as soon as you can. We make every effort to be 100% accurate, but we do occasionally make mistakes, and we will correct any errors as soon as they are called to our attention.

What is your refund/return policy?

We guarantee all items for freshness and quality. If you are not satisfied for any reason, we will issue a refund or send a replacement product. Please note that some of our more perishable items do require refrigeration upon delivery. If items are not stored properly, unfortunately we cannot replace them at our expense.

Do you ship outside of the United States?

Yes, we can ship to international destinations. Please be sure all address information is accurate. Typically packages under 4 pounds ship via First Class International and cost from $10-25, depending on location. Packages that need to arrive quickly, or that weigh over 4 pounds ship via Priority Mail International, and cost ranges from $35-50.

What are the catalog shipping rates?

The catalog rates are an estimate based on the total dollar amount of your order. If you select this option, we will choose the best shipping method once we receive and finalize your order.
