A rare summer treat from Koinonia.

Our strawberry patch was especially generous this year, giving us enough berries to make a small batch of strawberry fruit spread. We don't know if we'll be able to make it every year, but we're delighted to share it while it lasts.

Made in our farm bakery with strawberries grown here at Koinonia, this spread is bright, simple, and full of summer flavor. Spoon it onto biscuits, toast, English muffins, or anywhere you would enjoy a good jam.
