Grape Jelly at its finest
As a child growing up in the south, mascadine grapes were a summertime treat just to eat one at a time. Then my grandmother began making muscadine grape jelly to put on our peanut butter sandwiches, and that changed my identification with muscadines from fresh grapes to grape jelly. My grandmother did not leave with me her recipe. But now that I have enjoyed Koinonia Farm's jars of delicious muscadine grape jelly, I do not have to make my own version.
