We partner with Weeks Honey Farm, a family business that has been producing honey in South Georgia for generations. It is the same honey we use in several of our own bakery products, including our Honey-Nut Peach Cake and Oat-Nut Granola.

Wildflower honey changes slightly from season to season, depending on which flowers are blooming when the bees gather nectar. That natural variation is part of what makes each jar unique.

We enjoy it stirred into tea, spread on biscuits, drizzled over oatmeal, or used anywhere a little honey is called for.
