Unless otherwise specified, the materials on this site—including text, site design, logos, graphics, icons and images, and their selection and arrangement—are the property of Koinonia Farm. All rights reserved.

You may use the content of this site for personal, noncommercial purposes, including shopping and placing orders. Materials from this site may not be copied, reproduced, modified, republished, uploaded, posted, transmitted or distributed without our prior written permission, except as permitted by law.

Links to other sites

Our site may contain links to websites owned and operated by others. We are not responsible for the content, operation, privacy practices or policies of those sites. We encourage you to review the policies of any other website you visit.

Paying by card

We accept major credit and debit cards. There is no surcharge for paying by card. Your card is charged when you place your order.

Please provide accurate billing information when placing your order. Incorrect or incomplete information may delay processing.

Money orders, cashier’s checks and company checks

Orders sent to us by mail or phone may be paid by money order, cashier’s check or company check in U.S. dollars. We do not accept personal checks. Orders placed on our website are paid by card or Shop Pay at checkout.

Orders paid by money order or cashier’s check are processed when payment is received. For company checks, please allow up to 10 banking days after receipt for funds to clear before the order is processed.

We cannot guarantee that a product will remain available while we are waiting to receive payment or for funds to clear. A $25 fee applies to returned checks.

Orders with more than one product

When an order contains several products, we make every effort to ship everything together. If an item is unavailable when your order is ready to ship, we may ship the available items first and send the remaining item when it becomes available, unless other arrangements are made with you.

You will not be charged additional shipping because we divided your order into multiple shipments.

Out-of-stock products

Occasionally, a product you order may be out of stock. If that happens, we’ll let you know and keep you informed about your order.

You may cancel your order at any time before it ships, unless it is a special order. Please see our Shipping Policy for our usual shipping times.

Order acceptance

An order confirmation acknowledges that we have received your order but does not necessarily mean that we have accepted it.

Koinonia Farm Store reserves the right to decline or cancel an order, or to limit the quantity of an item purchased, when necessary. If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, we will refund the applicable amount.

Pricing and typographical errors

We do our best to make sure the information and prices on our website are accurate. Occasionally, mistakes happen.

If a product is listed at an incorrect price because of a typographical, pricing, or other error, we reserve the right to cancel the affected order. If you have already been charged, we will issue a refund to your original payment method.

Taxes

Any sales tax that applies to your order is calculated and shown at checkout.

Other conditions

These terms apply to purchases made through the Koinonia Farm Store. We may update our website and these terms from time to time.
