Refund policy

Our freshness guarantee

We guarantee all of our items for freshness and quality. If a product arrives damaged or defective, we will issue a refund or send a replacement.

Returns

We will gladly accept the return of products that are defective due to defects in manufacturing or workmanship for 30 days from the date of purchase. If we make a fulfillment mistake and ship you the wrong product, we will also accept it for return for 30 days from the date of purchase.

Perishable items

Some of our more perishable items require refrigeration upon delivery. If items are not stored properly, unfortunately we cannot replace them at our expense.

Received the wrong item?

Please email or call our office as soon as you can. We make every effort to be 100% accurate, but we do occasionally make mistakes, and we will correct any errors as soon as they are brought to our attention.

Cancelling an order

You may cancel your order at any time before it ships, unless it is a special order.

Refunds

Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method.
