Subscriptions

Good things are worth coming back for.

With a Koinonia subscription, your favorite products arrive on the schedule you choose, and you save 15% on every delivery. You can pause, skip a delivery, or cancel whenever you need.

How subscriptions work

Choose your products and delivery schedule when you subscribe. Your first order is charged at checkout. After that, each delivery is automatically charged to your saved payment method on its scheduled order date.

Shipping

Orders of $70 or more ship free to a single address in the contiguous U.S., including subscription orders.

Managing your subscription

Sign in to your store account or click Manage your subscription in any subscription email. From there, you can:

  • Skip an upcoming delivery.
  • Pause your subscription and resume it later.
  • Update your payment method or shipping address.
  • Cancel your subscription.

If you'd like to change your products or delivery schedule, just call or email us. We'll be glad to help.

Pausing or canceling

Need a break? You can pause your subscription for as long as you like. You won't be charged or receive deliveries while it's paused.

You can also cancel at any time through your account or by contacting us. Canceling stops future subscription billing and deliveries. If you decide to return, you're always welcome to start a new subscription.
