Placing Orders

Do I need to create an account to place an order?

Not at all! You're welcome to check out as a guest. Creating an account, though, makes future orders easier. You can save your shipping addresses, view your order history, and quickly reorder your favorite Koinonia products.

Can I send gifts to more than one address?

Yes! At checkout, select the option to ship to multiple addresses. You can choose which items go to each recipient. If you run into any difficulties, please contact us at 229 924-0391 or products@koinoniafarm.org. We're happy to help.

How soon will my order ship?

Most orders ship within two business days. Because many of our products are made fresh, certain items may take up to a week to ship. If we expect your order to take longer than seven days, we'll contact you with an estimated shipping date.

Do you offer wholesale pricing or bulk orders?

We do! We welcome wholesale and bulk orders, especially for holiday gifts. We also enjoy working with churches, schools, and other organizations on fundraising opportunities.

Shipping and Returns

How can I track my order?

Once your order ships, we'll send you an email confirmation with tracking information so you can follow your package on its way. If you notice a delivery problem, please let us know as soon as possible.

What if I receive the wrong item?

We hope you don't, but when make a mistake, we want to make it right. Please call or email us as soon as possible, and we'll make it right.

What is your return and refund policy?

We stand behind the freshness and quality of everything we sell. If an item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us. We'll be happy to arrange a replacement or refund.

Some of our more perishable products need to be refrigerated when they arrive. Please follow the storage instructions included with your order. Unfortunately, we cannot replace products that spoiled because they weren't stored properly after delivery.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! We can ship to international destinations. Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate.

International shipping costs vary depending on your destination, package weight, and shipping method. Contact us if you have questions about international shipping before placing your order.

How much does shipping cost?

Orders under $70 ship for $7.00. Orders of $70 or more qualify for free shipping to one address within the contiguous United States.

Shipping charges for multiple addresses, Alaska, Hawaii, and international destinations may vary.
