Pecan Stuffed Dates

These come from a friendship.

For many years, we traded with a community in Arizona that grew dates—their dates for our pecans. What they raised in the desert and what we grew here in Georgia somehow belonged together—and still do.

So we take whole dates and fill them with our lightly roasted organic pecans. That’s it. Sweet, simple, and a combination that just works.

Set them out for guests, bring them to a gathering, or keep a tray nearby for when you want something a little different—especially around the holidays, though they’re just as welcome year-round.
