We pick our muscadines when they’re ripe on the vine, then cook them down in small batches into a spread that’s sweet, full, and a little different from the usual. Muscadines have a flavor all their own—deeper, a bit wilder—and it shows up in every jar.
It’s the kind of thing we keep around for biscuits at lunch, or a piece of toast when the day slows down a little.
