Extra Dark Chocolate Pecan Bark

This one keeps things simple.

We take our organic pecans and pair them with fair trade extra dark chocolate, then pour it by hand in small batches here at the farm. The result is a rich, not-too-sweet chocolate with the steady, familiar crunch of pecans.

It’s a good thing to have on hand when you want something just a little bit substantial.
