We’ve been making this bark for decades—simple, steady, and still one of the things people come back for. Fair trade dark chocolate poured over our organic pecans, then broken by hand into pieces that are just right for sharing (or not).

It’s a good balance—smooth chocolate, a little snap, and the richness of pecans in every bite.
